    Alright…question for everyone who reads the sample chap­ters — anyone else notice the contra­dic­tion of infor­ma­tion between Cast in Peril and Cast in Honor?

    Cast in Honor states this is the first time the Hawks have lost Barrani (the Ancestor battle), but in Cast in Peril we lost 3 Barrani Hawks in the raid on the Arcanum.

    If I read the sample chap­ters now, I am going to spend the next month wondering why “Cast in Honor” is not released already. Truth be told, I have been feeling this way for several months.
    I am very much looking forward to “Cast in Honor”.

    Georgee sweet­heart, don’t say you dislike her for doing so or other­wise next book she might decide not to, and those of us who love to get some teaser chap­ters to tide us over ’til release will miss out.

    You don’t want hourdes of wailing pre-release Elantra fans below your window, keeping you up all night, do you?

    I had a look in my local book­store chain today. The paper copy is about $20 and the CD version is about $60.
    Did you get the cast of Harry Potter to read it?

    This is my favorite series. I read it once a year or just before a new book comes out The 35 pages just made my mouth water..

    Loved this! Thanks for the preview & I can’t wait until release! Also, I hope you are feeling better. I’m anxiously waiting for War as well. Thank you for creating some of my favorite char­ac­ters and worlds. They have carried me through wondrous times in the past and will in the future.

    Got a call from the book­store yesterday saying it was in early! So I enjoyed one of my copies last night! Thank you for another incred­ible edition to the series!
