I was reminded in a comment that I have grossly underutilized the “News” portion of this site. I tend to think of posts as blog posts, and I generally mention anything new there. However! I am going to the UK, to Eastercon in 2024 (which is, as I write, this year) as one of the Guests of Honor. I don’t know my schedule yet — the convention isn’t until the end of March/beginning of April — and I’m both very excited and very nervous. If you live in the UK, or its environs, I hope to see you there. We’re still discussing the Worldcon this year, which is in Glasgow, also in the UK. That would be in the middle of August 2024. Longer story here. Cast in Eternity, originally scheduled for release on the 28th of September, 2022, will now be published two months later, on the 29th of November, 2022. This is because the book isn’t quite finished yet, and there was, miraculously, room in the schedule to move it to give me the time to finish it.

DAW books will no longer be publishing the final arc in the Essalieyan universe. Explanation (it’s long): here. But thanks to the generosity of West readers, I will write and publish them.

I…haven’t really used this feature much =/. For those who have not seen it in the blog updates: I have sold 2 Severn novels; they are early Severn, prior to the start of the Cast novels, and will be published by Mira, the publisher of the Cast novels. WAR, the conclusion to the House War series, will be published in June of 2019. I intend to go to the Worldcon this year (2019), which will be in Dublin in the middle of August. Tantor audio has picked up the first three Sun Sword novels for audio production. I have no firm dates for when those would be available.
