  1. Robyn McMellon says:

    Dear Michelle,
At the ripe age of 63 years I have discovered a new world of SF/Fantasy through your series The Chronicles of Elantra.
Having read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings in my late teens I always thought that all that could be explored in the genre had been explored and throughout my prodigious reading life I never bothered to venture into that world again — no doubt to my loss.
However, I love the pace, humor, and tension you have created in the fantasy world of Elantra. My only complaint is that I hope I live long enough to finish the series and am eagerly looking forward to Cast in Fury and Cast in Silence.
    Best wishes, Robyn

  2. Ruth says:

    Hi Michelle,

I just simply love your books! I envy your imagination.

    Thank you,

    Ruth

  3. Betty Hyland says:

I have recently ordered Hunters Oath having found a source when I purchased a second copy of Hunter’s Death as I found out when I got home.
Now I will be able to read the duology. Thanks
I am working my way through “The Hidden City” rationing it out a chapter at a time. Your writing is so “dense” it absorbs me completely.
Once again thanks for being such a good storyteller and talespinner.
    Betty

  4. Janice Weigle says:

I’m have enjoyed reading your “Cast ” Series and can’t wait for the next book. Thank you for sharing your amazing talent!

  5. Dave Durham says:

    Hi M,
nice web page, I love the “Cast” series. It is one of the best out there.

    cool running

  6. James says:

I have been enjoying your novels for years and I was delighted to find The Hidden City! I snatched it up right away, of course. I’m happy that it is being published in hardback, since hardback (and trade paperback) books hold up much longer than mass market paperbacks. I was wondering if your “Sacred Hunt” books and “Sun Sword” books will be re-released in either trade paperback or hardback? They’re certainly worth many re-readings in the future!
Thank you for your incredible creativity!
    James in GA

  7. Arianna says:

    Michelle,

Im a huge fan of the Cast series and am looking forward to the next two books. Kaylin and Severn are very real people, who have a very intense (sometimes humorous) relationship. I look forward to seeing it evolve. I was wondering if I can expect more interaction between the two in the upcoming books and will there be another one after Cast in Silence (just so I can start preparing myself if it is)? I just wanted to say thanks‑I truly enjoy the world of Elantra and finding myself immerse in it from time to time.

    Thanks again,

    Arianna in SD

  8. Ms. West,

I thought you might be interested in the review I just posted of The Hidden City.

I only posted it here becasue I could not find contact info for you, and wasn’t sure if DAW would forward it on to you (they sent me the review copy). Please forgive my presumption that this was okay.
